Usually we would require a 20% deposit to secure the item. The remaining balance would then be paid via 3 monthly installments. However we are flexiable and payments plans can tailored to suit you.

We want you to shop with confidence and LOVE your purchase so we offer a no quibble returns policy. If for whatever reason the item is not right for you please get in contact within 14 days of receiving the package. 

We cannot refund original postage costs and we will require that items are returned securely, via tracked delivery. 

Please note that sized, customised or engraved items, cannot be returned.

Delivery is free in U.K and we use Royal Mail Signed For First Class. International Delivery is £14.95 and we use Royal Mail International Tracked (and signed if this service is available). All items will be shipped in secure packaging and jewellery will be sent in a presentation box or pouch.
