What is Sterling Silver? 

Sterling Silver is marked with .925 and means that the metal is 925 parts of 1000 pure silver. 

What is Sterling Silver and Rose Gold/Gold Plated Jewellery?

Rose Gold and Gold Plated Jewellery (Vermeil) is 925 Sterling Silver plated with Rose Gold or Gold. 

How do I care for my Sterling Silver Jewellery?

Remove your jewellery while you apply any cosmetics or beauty products, exercise or swim/shower. When you are not wearing your jewellery, keep in a dry, air-tight box. Please be aware that plated jewellery can wear off over time, however applying the above care technics should prolong the plating of the jewellery.

What is Preloved Jewellery?

Our Vintage and Antique Jewellery is preloved, meaning its be owned and loved by someone before you. We restore, clean and polish our preloved jewellery and always try to detail as much as possible about the item, including the year it was made, using the hallmarks.

How do I know my Ring Size? 

Please use the available ring size chart to determine your correct size before ordering.

How do I use my discount code?

Discount codes need to be entered at the checkout page. Please note that you can't use multiple codes in one transaction. Your discount will then be applied at the final stage of the checkout.

Why do you need my email address?

Your email address is used to contact you about your order. We do not share your information with third parties. Subscription to the newsletter can be discontinued by selected 'unsubscribe' at the  base of the email you will receive. 

What are the postage costs?

So Belle Jewellery offers Free Delivery for all UK orders. Charges apply for international postage. Please see the Delivery & Returns page for further information.

How long will my order take to arrive?

It usually takes between 3-5 working days for orders to arrive. If you need your order sooner please email info@sobellejewellery.com and I will try my upmost to dispatch your item with urgency.

What do I do if the goods I ordered haven't arrived?

Once we have dispatched the goods, we will e-mail you. If you haven't received your order by the date advised, please email info@sobellejewellery.com

 

What if I want to return my item?

So Belle Jewellery offers a no hassle return policy. Please see the Delivery & Returns page for further infomation or email info@sobellejewellery.com.

Can I return earrings? 

Due to sanitary reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings unless faulty.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will arrive in a beautiful 'So Belle' jewellery gift box. Leatherette or Antique boxes can be requested by email when ordering Vintage & Antique Jewellery.

 

 

 

How do I pay for my order? 

Customers can make purchase either via PayPal, Debit or Credit Card. Local to Skipton or wish to collect your order? We also accept cash or cheque in the shop.

 

Can I come and try on a Vintage & Antique item before ordering?

Absolutely! Please come and visit us in our Skipton shop, The Silver Box, to try on any items and discuss ring resizing. Please email info@sobellejewellery.com beforehand to let us know which item/s you would like to see. Therefore we can ensure we have it ready in store for you to try.
